What forms of payment do you accept?  We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments via PayPal.

What is your turnaround time?  Our items are handmade and exclusive which means each piece is custom made to fit your little one (or size requested).  Our turn around time is one (1) to ten (10) days before shipped.  As of February 2016 our items will be ready to ship.  I want you to receive the best!

When will my order ship?  Please allow 2-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking once your order has been dispatched, unless contacted directly by a Shiloh Z Boutique representative.

Can I make a changes to an existing order?  Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an existing order. Please check your items and sizes thoroughly before finalizing the purchase.

Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?  Yes, we do!  To see how much shipping will be, please place your item(s) in your cart, then enter your information.  You will receive a quote before placing an order.

How do I know what size to order?  Our items runs pretty true to size.  If your little one is in between sizes then we always recommend sizing up.
